At Loud Lamps, every lamp is handmade and carefully crafted to order. Because each piece is individually poured, detailed, assembled, and quality checked, shipping times are different from mass-produced products.

Processing & Pre-Order Time
• Orders typically take 3–4 weeks to complete before shipment.
• During high demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.
• Every lamp is handmade, meaning slight variations may naturally occur and make each piece unique.

Shipping Times
• United States: Typically 3–7 business days after shipment.
• International: Shipping times vary depending on country and customs processing.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will automatically receive tracking information through email or SMS depending on the contact information provided at checkout.

Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and product so we can help resolve the issue.

Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Loud Lamps is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by incorrect address information.

Lost or Stolen Packages
Once a package has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, Loud Lamps is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
